   I love spending my lunch hours walking around Lake LaVerne and admiring our beautiful swans, Lancelot and Elaine.

Favorite motto:
   The truth is rarely pure and never simple.

Hobbies:
   Reading the classics, watching garbage on Netflix, taking nature walks, traveling to new places, and playing Animal Crossing.

Interests:
   I am drawn to vintage aesthetics and old things; hence, the whole classic literature thing. My scholarly interests include depictions of trauma and resilience in Shakespeare's dramas, and my favorite authors to read are Jane Austen, Charlotte Brontë, and Oscar Wilde.

Fun facts about you:
   I can recite the opening lines of Beowulf in Old English.

Favorite food:
   Spicy Thai basil rice bowl (pad krapow)

What I love most about my job:
   Getting to know all of my student workers!
