PERSONAL MATTERS / EMERGENCIES
There are times when challenges and emergency situations arise for students. In these times, Student Assistance can offer help and guidance. When receiving information about an emergency situation, staff in Student Assistance will often outreach to a student to ensure they are aware of all the resources and services available to them on and off campus. To speak with or schedule a meeting with Student Assistance, please call the office at 515-294-1020.
When an emergency occurs, often the Dean of Students will be notified. In the event of an emergency requiring police response, information or assistance (where it is not a call requiring 911 response), please contact the Iowa State Police Department at 515-294-4428.
