Administrative Hearing - Minor Case
An Administrative Hearing is a semi-formal meeting in which relevant facts and information regarding an alleged violation of university policy is presented to an administrator in the Office of Judicial Affairs. In a minor case, any decisions regarding responsibility and related sanctions are determined by the administrator. Decisions are based on information provided by the student or student organization, as well as information previously reported to the Office of Judicial Affairs.
