Currently Tutoring: Chem 177 and Math 166 Why I became a tutor leader: To make sure new and existing tutors have a good learning experience and that they have the resources to become excellent tutors. My advice for new Tutors: Make sure you know that your role is as a tutor and not as a professor. The reason many students obtain a tutor is because they can't learn in a lecture, so you need to make up new and different ways to engage and teach different students.
